Meet Dr. Benjamin F. Bush
Dr. Benjamin Bush is pleased to return to San Luis Obispo County and join Central Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Bush grew up in Atascadero, graduating from Atascadero High School in 1999. He then attended The University of California, Irvine on an athletic scholarship, where he received his B.S. in Biological Sciences graduating in 2003. After college Dr. Bush moved to New York City where he completed dental school at New York University in 2009.
Dr. Bush’s specialty training was completed through Weill-Cornell Medical College at the Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in New York. His training included the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. During his final year Dr. Bush was the Chief Resident for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department.
Dr. Bush has a particular interest in facial reconstruction, focusing on the latest innovations in bone grafting and dental implant placement for the restoration of the jaws and teeth. He also has extensive training in maxillofacial trauma and corrective jaw surgery.
After completion of his residency Dr. Bush and his wife Natalie moved to the Los Angeles area where he was in private practice prior to moving back to the Central Coast.
Ben and Natalie enjoy all that the area has to offer, and spend their free time at the beach, hiking and camping, mountain biking and running. Dr. Bush is also an avid runner and triathlete, participating in events throughout the country.
Dr. Bush looks forward to providing you and your family with the highest quality surgical and anesthesia care in both our San Luis Obispo & Paso Robles offices. He maintains hospital affiliations with French Hospital Medical Center, Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, and Twin Cities Hospital Medical Center.
